Upon submitting an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request, but this does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these Terms. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund within a reasonable timeframe.

We strive to ensure accuracy, but minor discrepancies may occur between the displayed information and the actual product. Custom-sized cabinets or vanities are made to your specified dimensions, and slight variations in measurements (within industry standards) are not considered defects. We are not liable for errors in custom specifications provided by you.
Pricing is displayed in the selected currency at checkout, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties (for international orders). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price stated at the time of purchase. Pricing errors, whether due to technical issues or human error, may result in order cancellation, with a full refund provided if payment has been processed.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order, including shipping and billing details. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or order cancellation, for which we are not liable. You are responsible for all charges incurred due to incorrect information, including reshipping fees for returned items.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Cabinets and bathroom vanities come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of delivery. Storage pull-out baskets are covered under a warranty for mechanical components, excluding normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and inspection of the defective product. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within a reasonable period from delivery, provided products are in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging. Custom products, personalized items, or products damaged due to improper installation, use, or handling are not eligible for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or order errors caused by us.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to installation delays, loss of use, or additional costs. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
