We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, hardware, and installation instructions intact. Original packaging is mandatory for large items like cabinets and vanities to prevent damage during return transit, as improper packaging may result in rejected returns.
Custom-sized cabinets, bathroom vanities, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive with manufacturing defects. This policy applies because custom products are tailored to your specific dimensions and cannot be resold to other customers. We recommend double-checking all custom specifications before placing your order to avoid discrepancies.
Returns due to manufacturing defects are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Defects include structural damage, faulty hardware, or material flaws that impair the product’s functionality. To initiate a defective return, you must provide clear photos of the defect, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue. We will inspect the item upon receipt and determine whether to offer a refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order error caused by us. For large items like cabinets and vanities, return shipping fees may be higher due to size and weight requirements. We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking services, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.
Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Exchanges are limited to the same product or a different product of equal or higher value; any price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed. Exchanged items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product, and standard shipping times apply to exchanged orders.
Certain circumstances invalidate return eligibility, including damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance; unauthorized modifications or disassembly; normal wear and tear; and lack of original packaging. Items returned after the 30-day window will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees and customs duties (for international orders) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
